The new ‘Grow and Prosper Corangamite’ consolidates Council's approach to economic and community development, inclusive of the arts, culture, tourism and the circular economy. As part of the development of the framework and through the engagement and co-design process, the ask of an iconic event continued to be presented by community and business.
Research was undertaken to establish an event that was unique to Corangamite, celebrating and showcasing our assets, including producers, businesses, attractions, and experiences.
From here a new iconic event ‘Graze the Day’ was established. Council will lead and deliver the new event, with the support of producers, community and businesses.
