New Parent Groups

• Perfect for meeting other families with a new baby and making new friends
• Parents with older children and a new baby are also welcome (unfortunately no childcare is available)
• Eight-week program with local early years guest speakers
• Includes a Dads and Babies session
• Offered regularly at Camperdown and Cobden

 

Circle of Security

• Circle is a world-wide program that shows how to raise a secure baby or child without being pressured to be perfect
• You can learn how to read infant and child cues through their behaviour and this increases confidence in your parenting style
• Circle is an eight-week program run by our Maternal and Child Health nurses
