February 2019 Council Meeting wrap

At its February meeting, Council:

  • made appointments to various committees
  • dissolved the Saleyards Advisory Committee
  • granted a planning permit for two amenities blocks and two cabins at the Lakes and Craters Holiday Park in Camperdown, subject to several conditions
  • adopted new hard court maintenance and playground management policies
  • authorised the Draft Corangamite Shire Rural Living Strategy to be released for public consultation in March
  • awarded the contract for the Camperdown Streetscape Refresh Stage 2
  • declared special charge schemes for sections of The Parade, Terang, and Robinson Street, Camperdown
  • awarded the contract to supply an articulated hauler for Corangamite Regional Landfill
  • allocated a Quick Response Grant ($360) to Compassionate Friends Victoria, Camperdown Branch, to hire a facility for twelve months to run a bereavement support group.
