What happened at the November Council Meeting

At its November meeting, Council:

• Appointed Councillor representatives to a number of internal and external committee 

• Appointed community representative and CobdenHealth representative and endorsed Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of Cobden
  Aerodrome Committee 

• Adopted an updated COVID-19 Financial Hardship Policy 

• Awarded contract for alterations and additions to Cobden Pre-School to BDH Constructions for $810,000 (exc. GST) 

• Allocated Quick Response Grants to
   - Camperdown Clocktower Quilters ($500) for quilting and finishing of quilts
   - Lismore Memorial Bowls Club ($500) for green and ground maintenance
   - Boorcan Cricket Club Inc. ($468) to buy a mobile EFTPOS machine
   - Camperdown Theatre Company Inc. ($500) to stream Carols by Candlelight video  

• Adopted its meeting schedule for the term of Council
