What happened at Council's January Meeting

 At its January meeting, Council:

• Received the Audit Committee Report for 12 December 2019 

• Adopted the Audit Committee Charter dated January 2020 

• Received 2019 Audit Committee Annual Report 

• Appointed Mr Colin Hayman to the position of Chairperson of the Corangamite Shire Audit Committee for 2020 

• Resolved to issue Notice of Decision to Amend Permit PP2016/045.A for the Use and Development of Land for a Service Station at 85-89 Manifold Street Camperdown subject to conditions 

• Gifted the premises at 32 Silvester Street, Cobden, to VICSES for a nominal amount of one dollar (exc. GST)  dopted the Community Group Loan Guarantee Policy January 2020

• Received the finance report for the period ending 31 December 2019 

• Approved the forecast budget for 2019-2020, which included the December quarter adjustments 

• Approved a Quick Response Grant ($468) to the Camperdown Grandstand Restoration Committee Inc, to buy tarps to protect the wood seating.
