- Received the Strategic Risk Report – July 2022
- Awarded Contract 2023006 – Provision of Road Maintenance Products and Services to the following tenderers on a Panel Contract:
- Ketekaro Pty Ltd/Trading as – Asphalt Paving Services
- Boral Resources (Vic) Pty Ltd
- Fulton Hogan Industries Pty Ltd

- Allocated $190,000 in grants comprising:
- Events and Festivals Grants Program: $16,326 to 10 successful applicants
- Community Grants Program: $50,000 to 32 successful applicants
- Facility Grants Program: $49,899.45 to 30 successful applicants
- Environment Support Grants Program: $40,756 to 20 successful applicants
- Enabling Grants Program: $6,950 to two successful applicants
- Resolved to use surplus $9,244 from the Environment Support Grants Program to conduct another smaller grant round of this program later in the 2022-2023 financial year, with a proposal to limit the eligibility criteria to projects that are related to climate change, sustainable agriculture, and increasing energy, water and waste efficiency.
- Accepted Berrybank Wind Farm Grants Committee advice and approved funding of six beneficial community projects to the value of $87,102
- Allocated Quick Response grants to:

- Pomborneit North Community Hall Committee ($500) to upgrade power-points and wiring
- Cobden Junior Football Netball Club ($400) to participate in Blue Ribbon Spirit of Sport program
- Simpson Football Netball Club ($400) for participation in Blue Ribbon Spirit of Sport program
