- Approved a Planning Permit for development of rural worker accommodation at Ecklin South
- Endorsed an application to declare the Skipton floods a natural disaster in Corangamite Shire and the CEO suspending the Corangamite Road Management Plan
- Resolved to advocate to State and Federal Governments for funding support for recovery and mitigation measures
- Awarded Contract No. 2023011 – Slurry Sealing of Local Roads in 2022- 2023 to Downer EDI for $265,050 plus GST
- Appointed the Cobden Aerodrome Committee for 2022-2023
- Appointed community members to Community Reference Groups for:
- Beach Energy Otway Gas Plant;
- Cooper Energy Athena Gas Plant; and
- Lochard Energy Iona Gas Plant;
- Noted the Health and Safety Management System has been updated
- Adopted a new the Occupational Health and Safety Policy 2022
- Allocated Quick Response Grants to:
- Glenormiston Indoor Bowls ($500) to buy a new set of bowls
- Timboon Basketball Association ($500) to buy new basketballs
- Timboon Men’s Shed ($500) to buy a new dining table and chairs
- Skipton Community Shop Inc ($500) towards 2022 Christmas Party event
- Cobden and District Orchid Club ($500) to buy a wireless all-in-one printer
- Camperdown Theatre Company ($500) towards the 2022 Community Carols event
