What happened at the March 2023 Council meeting
At its March meeting Council:

- Received the biannual Audit and Risk Committee report for March 2023
- Adopted a new Audit and Risk Committee Charter dated March 2023
- Refused to grant a Planning Permit for a two-lot subdivision on the Great Ocean Road at Princetown
- Accepted the Port Campbell report and thanked the community volunteers and organisations who have worked in partnership to implement projects and plans in Port Campbell
- Adopted new:
- Received the Twelve Apostles Trail Stage 1 Timboon to Port Campbell project status update
- Varied the Special Charge Scheme for a new footpath on the southern side of Grey Street from Estcourt Street to Thomson Street, Terang, to acknowledge the final costs and resolved to seek payment from property owners
- Approved rehabilitation of 8 km of the Ballarat to Skipton Rail Trail without public tender due to exceptionally time-limited conditions
- Allocated Quick Response Grants to:
- Noorat Residents' Association ($148.50) for plywood to build Christmas decorations
- Camperdown Golf Club Inc ($500) for a security door
- Camperdown Clocktower Quilters ($496) for materials and long arm quilting costs
- Updated Instrument of Delegation to Council staff
