Timboon turns 150 years in 2025.

Saturday March 8th and Sunday March 9th the town of Timboon will celebrate with a variety of activities.

The Celebrations will include Historical Displays, Raising of a Time Capsule, Street Parade, Picnic Cabaret, Parkrun, Sporting Activities, Walk/ride the Rail Trail, Mass, Makers and Farmers Market, Tracks Music Festival.

9:30am Official Welcome & Community Breakfast. Welcome to Country.

10:30am Unveiling of the Time Capsule by the Timboon Lions Club near Senior Citizens Rooms

10:30am to 4:00pm Opening of Historical and Art Displays Senior Citizens Hall- in conjunction with the Heytesbury Historical Society and local memorabilia/ shop window displays/P-12 School

11:00am Timboon Railway Distillery Whisky Trail

11:00am Wood Chopping Heats

11:00am Sausage sizzle

1:00pm Street Parade

2:30pm Wood Chopping Finals

4:00pm to 6:00pm Bare Foot Bowls at the Timboon Bowling Club

7:30pm Picnic Cabaret (doors open 7pm) Timboon & District Hall

9:00am Mass at St Joseph's Church, ecumenical service
