Illuminate U

Illuminate U is a seven week program for teenagers between 15 and 18 who want to unlock their full potential, increase their overall happiness and learn ways they can stay on track with what really matters to them even when things get tough.

Through fun, interactive and creative (no skills required) activities you will gain insight into your strengths, goals and values and work towards creating a life that is inline with the things that matter to you most.

Connect and chat with others whilst discovering yourself.

Session details: Mondays every week for seven weeks starting Monday 28 October, 4 - 5.15 pm each session.
