Pool Lifeguard Training Course

Get your lifeguard qualification with us!

This course will equip candidates with the skills and knowledge required to supervise swimming pool users. The course focus includes pool surveillance, scanning techniques, rescue skills, oxygen resuscitation and emergency care.

You must have the First Aid/CPR HLTAID003 or HLTAID011 certificate before you can register for this course.  The First Aid/CPR course will be available for those not certified to complete this the week before participating in the Pool Life Guard course. Read about the First Aid/CPR course here.

Please Note: Completion of these courses and being Certified does not guarantee you will be employed at a Corangamite Swimming Pool this summer.
