Community Based Emergency Management Plans

Across Victoria, there is growing recognition of the importance of planning for emergencies at a local community level. Each plan has been produced locally and tailored to the township and follows an approach founded on community development principles including; local ownership, recognition of local life ways, values or culture and recognition of local knowledge.
