C60cora - Simpson

Planning Scheme Amendment C60cora which applies to land at 86 Princetown Road Simpson and a section of unmade road reserve was gazetted on 18 May 2023. The amendment rezones land south of the Simpson township from Farming Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1 to provide for residential development and arose from Council's Unlocking Housing strategic project.

C62cora - Timboon

Planning Scheme Amendment C62cora which applies to land at 5 Curdies Road and 17 Curdies Road, Timboon and to an unnamed, unmade government road was gazetted on 22 June 2023. The amendment rezones land west of the Timboon township from Farming Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1 and Public Use Zone Schedule 6, to provide opportunities for resdiential development and concurrently enabling the continued operation of the Timboon waste transfer station.

C59-cora - Cobden

Planning Scheme Amendment C59cora implements the Cobden Structure Plan 2022, the Victorian Government residential zone reforms in Cobden, and the Cobden Aerodrome Masterplan 2022.

The amendment applies to land in and around Cobden. The amendment also specifies land to be rezoned and where new planning overlays will be applied, including Cobden Aerodrome.
