Draft Development Plan Fahey Street, Timboon

Council has received a draft Development Plan for a new residential subdivision at Fahey Street, Timboon.

The Corangamite Planning Scheme requires the approval of a development plan on this land to guide future development. Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 3)(PDF, 89KB)  seeks to ensure that development of this residential zoned land links appropriately into the urban fabric of Timboon and creates an appropriate urban fringe.

It is important to note that this is not a planning permit application and there is no opportunity to appeal Council’s decision.
