Love Your Bookshop Weekend

For Love Your Bookshop Day 2024, our first LYBD as a locally owned bookshop, we're extending the celebrations across the whole weekend!

While Saturday 12th Oct will be packed with free activities and giveaways for kids in store, Sunday 13th Oct will be a grand gala event for adults at the glorious Keayang Maar Vineyard.

TICKETS FOR SUN 13th OCT 2024 INCLUDE:
* The launch of Meridith McKinnon's greatly anticipated second novel, The Ferns
* Jock Serong in conversation about his (amazing!!) new book, Cherrywood
* Arvo with the Authors: have a drink and chat one-on-one with Meridith and Jock, as well as special guest non-fiction authors Jodie Fleming, Tracie Griffith and Kevin Sparrow
* Keayang Maar wine on arrival at the vineyard
* An afternoon of fine fare from local produce grazing tables
* Live music
* Prizes and giveaways
* Free wine tastings

The event will begin at 1:30pm and conclude at 5pm, and will be held at Keayang Maar Vineyard, 182 Maguires Rd, Dixie.

There is a standard ticket option, and a ticket option including return bus from Warrnambool, which will depart from the KFC bus parks at 12:30pm.

Please note that this event is held under shelter with heating, but is external, so guests should dress for the weather.
